About the show:
Marcus Sams developed the teleprov approach to online improv. Different than Zoomprov. Much more than YouTube. It involves state of the art technology to create a shared and community driven digital theater experience. The audience is live, the performers are live. Improvisational Art created in real-time by performers from anywhere with an internet connection.
This show is what you get when you take well established improvisors and pair them up with Marcus on Moment Improv's digital stage. Marcus and his friends will explore the artform of Teleprov right before a live digital in-home audience. The result is magical, hilarious, and in the moment. Come be a part of the joy!
Special Guest:
Clay Robeson
Clay Robeson has been teaching improv since 2001 in both theatrical and corporate settings. An alumni of Improv Asylum in Boston, he has taught improv there, as well as in Atlanta, San Jose, San Francisco and Paris, as well as teaching for companies like Gilette, Proctor & Gamble, eBay and NASA. When not teaching, he performs with Un-Scripted Theater Company, Un-Employed (a two person short form show) and Bookends (a two person improvised musical based on The Last Five Years). Off stage, he is an avid photographer, game nerd, and puppeteer, and you can usually find him volunteering at City Grazing, San Francisco’s non-profit goat sanctuary. His roommate is a Bearded Dragon named Inigo Montoya.
About the show:
Based on your suggestion for the title of a TV show pilot that never aired, the cast and technical staff create an improvised TV show right before your eyes. Every performer is in their own home but our approach to online improv will make you feel like they are in the same room together. This show features some of the best technology Moment Improv has to offer. From studio quality intros, establishing shots, special FX and more, this is guaranteed to be an improv show like none other.

Definitely not a Youtube show experience and defiantly not a zoom experience. But what is it?
Moment Improv Theatre's Digital Entertainment Venue replicates many of the aspects of a physical in-person theatre experience, but from home. Mix and mingle before, in-between, and after shows, see and hear fellow audience members laugh and engage with performers and even be a part of the show, all in real time.
It's kind of like an interactive watch party, but so much more.
